Order and returns
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to:

You can make free returns via our shop or Royal Mail at your own expense.
1. Returns via a John Lewis shop
Simply take a print-out of your order confirmation or the delivery note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the appropriate department in the shop, and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
Please make sure you also take in the payment card you originally used to buy the product. As PayPal is an online payment system, we can only exchange but not refund if you return items you’ve bought online with PayPal to our shop; please return via another method suggested below.
2. Returns via Royal Mail or courier
- Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note
- Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package it securely; please use original packaging if possible, but remove original labels
- The products must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation received at the time of the purchase
Please allow 2 weeks from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Returns and Refunds
If there is fault or damage to your product(s) you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your Goods.
We offer a 14 days return policy so you are returning the product(s) it needs to reach us within 14 days from the date of dispatch printed on your dispatch note/invoice.
The products must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation received at the time of the purchase.
Once the product is received we will examine it, if everything is in order we will refund it through the payment method used for the purchase. The payment may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account. You will receive a email to confirm your return request has been accepted.
If the returned product is not compliant with our return policy we will contact you via email or telephone.
